Q1. Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?
A: For the first cooperation, we will provide the free sample, which value is below 10USD. And if you require the sample cost Over 10USD, We will charge the sample cost, but we will return the sample cost when you place bulk order. And courier cost for sample will be paid by buyer.
Q2. What about the lead time for sample?
A: Sample lead time is 2-5 days, mass production time is about 15-30 days subject to order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ quantity for mass order? And what about OEM order?
A: QTY 100-500pcs for standard packing--white inner box and master carton.
MOQ 10000 for OEM order.
Q4. How to proceed order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements including product, package and certificate.

A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Or as agreed in contract.

Q9: Is there any certification for your products?
